FT Group is a Denmark based holding company that primarily owns and operates the Freetrailer companies (of which there are presently three: Freetrailer Denmark, Freetrailer Sweden, Freetrailer Norway. Additionally there was previously also the Aksel & Ko company, but this company failed to perform well and was finally closed some years ago (much too late in my perspective).
Ft Group was a holding company ultimately owned by three partners in equal shares. These partners were:
Aksel Blomgren Ambjørner
Allan Sønderskov Darré
Mikkel Pitzner
During early 2018 the Freetrailer entities took in some additional minority partners (several were part of the staff members) and eventually collectively went public with an IPO in 2018.
